 When will my order be despatched ...
All orders up until 11.00am are despatched the same day with the exception of Visqueen products which have a delivery window of approx. 10 days. All orders received after 11.00am are despatched the following day. You can view more detailed information with regard to delivery and costs here.
How do I work out how much Polythene I need for my Polytunnel ...

We will need to know the width, height and length of your tunnel and whether or not you are using a mid rail, base rail or burying the polythene into the ground.
How wide will the roll of polythene be (i.e. can I fit it in the boot of my car!) ...
All of the polythene is folded during manufacture and the following is a rough guideline to how wide each roll of polythene will be when it arrives with you :

How heavy will my roll of polythene be...
The weight of each polythene per mtr varies dependant on type and size but as a guide the following is the information for the heaviest polythene (Luminance), which will give you an idea of the likely weight.

Is there a right and wrong way around to fit the polythene (i..e. inside out)...
Yes there is a right way and a wrong way ....You must ensure that the writing on the polythene can be read correctly from the inside of the tunnel (i.e. not back to front or 'mirror writing').
Are the size on the website the size of the polythene or the size of the polytunnel it will fit ...
The sizes given on the website are the actual sizes of the polythene you will receive, you will therefore need to work out what size you need, based on your polytunnel.
How do you fit a polytunnel cover ...
We have two guides to fitting your polytunnel cover, one of which is a simple 11 page black and white .pdf doucment that you can print and the other is a photographic version. Both have been written by experienced Polytunnel Constructors.

Can I pay by Cheque ...
Yes ...simply download our manual order form, complete it and send it to us with your cheque, or alternatively you can go through our checkout process online and choose to pay by cheque, whereby we will email you an order confirmation which you can return with your cheque payment.

Yes ...simply provide us with an official order and we will process your order on account with us, with 30 days to pay.
