| It has an acrylic glue base and
is made from polypropylene. It is 50mm wide so that it will easily cover
existing 1 inch, 20mm and 30mm wide Anti Hot Spot Tape and will stick to
both the existing polyester clear cover or the exposed PVC foam. In addition
it will stick to the steel of the polytunnel hoops, effectively sealing
in the faulty tape and stopping any old Anti Hot Spot Tape from giving
off chemical vapour which is harmful to the Polythene It has been in use in other industries for the past 8 years and so the manufacturers (XL Horticulture) are happy to give it a 5 year guarantee, the effective life of an XL Polythene Sheet.
