GROUND COVER…
This is a Heavy Duty 100gsm Ground Cover product and is one of the strongest geo textiles available, its main use is the base of a motorway to stop the mud being mixed with the stone base.

It is incredibly strong and ideally suited to the purpose of making a plant standing out bed on top of a mud base.

Light transmission is less than 1% so no weeds can grow underneath.

It is manufactured from a smooth High Density Poly Propylene (HDPE) and is UV stabilised.

Unlike polythene it allows water to pass through so that it will not puddle on top of the cover. However if you have dips and hollows in a poorly drained base then they will undoubtedly fill up with water at some point. So rake and firm the soil surface before covering with the Ground Cover so that it is level and has no holes to fill up with water.
