Returns Policy :

In the event of you wishing to return an item:

In the case of all returns please contact us by telephone or email before returning your item.

Return of standard as stocked 'off the shelf' items (i.e. not cut to order) :
As per the distance selling regulations all standard 'off the shelf items' (i.e. not cut to order items such as polythene or nicotarp) can be returned to us for a full refund including postage as long as we are notified of your intention to do so, via telephone, fax or email, within 7 days of receipt of your item. Goods MUST be returned to us AS NEW AND UNUSED.

The cost and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer and you are advised to obtain proof of postage or other method of proof of return. We as a company 'Glisco Limited T/A PolytheneOne.com are not responsible for the loss of goods during transit. Upon receipt of the goods back at our warehouse (unit 1, Slaidburn Business Centre, Slaidburn Crescent, Southport, PR9 9YF) we will issue a full refund.


'Cut to Order' Polythene Returns due to Incorrect Ordering by yourself:

As your order of Polythene has been cut to your specific requirements and so therefore 'made to order', it is of course very difficult to reallocate that item should you wish to return it. But in the event of you having possibly made a mistake with your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by telephone, fax or email. We accept that customers sometimes make mistakes and we are therefore willing to accept the return of your polythene order even though it has been cut to your specific requirements. However we will only refund you the cost of the returned polythene, the refund will not include the cost of carriage.

The cost and safe return of the item to our warehouse (unit 1, Slaidburn Business Centre, Slaidburn Crescent, Southport. PR9 9YF) is the customers responsability and we as a company 'Glisco Limited T/A PolytheneOne.com' are not responsible for any loss of goods in transit. Alternatively we can arrange to have the polythene collected and returned to ourselves which we will in turn charge you for accordingly.

The returned polythene must still be in its original wrapping, be as good as new and must not have been unrolled.


'Cut to Order' Nicotarp Returns due to Incorrect Ordering by the customer:
As your order of Nicotarp has been cut to your specific requirements and therefore 'made to order', it would be impossible to reallocate your goods elsewhere, especially as Nicotarp is quite a niche item. Therefore we are unfortunately unable to accept returns of Nicotarp when incorrect sizes are ordered by the customer. When ordering this item please make doubly sure you are ordering the correct size and colour for your needs.


Polythene or Nicotarp Returns due to a Damaged Delivery :

Someone must be available to sign for delivery of your polythene or nicotarp and also therefore to verify that the item has not been damaged in transit. In the unlikely event that you find your item has been damaged by our couriers then please DO NOT sign for the goods (by doing so you are confirming that the delivery is not damaged and we would then not have a valid 'damaged delivery' claim with our couriers), in all instances such as this you must contact us immediately on 01704 505875.

In all cases a replacement roll of polythene or nicotarp will be immediately dispatched to you.


Return of any item in the event of an incorrect delivery:
In the very unlikely event that you have received an incorrect item please contact us immediately by telephone, fax or email, and we will correct this error immediately by collecting the incorrect item and replacing it at no additional cost to yourself.
