Damage in Transit : - Notice in writing of any damage to your delivery must be given in writing to The Company within three days of the day of delivery.

Defects : - The Company warrants that where it is satisfed after inspection of goods supplied by it that material or workmanship of the Company is defective or that the goods differ materially from their description, it shall either (at it's discretion) replace or repair the goods (or the parts in question) or refund the customer the price of the goods (or a proportion of the price), but the company shall have no further liability to the customer.

Returns : - Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. *Please note rights of cancellation do not apply to "Custom Made" goods such as Polytunnel polythene which have been cut to your own specifications*

Reservation of title : -  Until full payment has been received by the Company, the customer shall hold the goods in a fidicuiary capacity for the Company in a manner which enables them to be identified as the goods of the Company and the customer shall immediately return the goods to the Company should its authorised representative so require.
