are as follows :
Prices
All prices are in British Pound's Sterling and are subject to v.a.t. at
the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Payments
Payment for goods can be made via Credit or Debit card or by Cheque. Goods
will only be released for despatch after either authorisation of card
payment or clearance of cheque.
Delivery
We will try our up most to complete delivery within the time scale advised,
however liability cannot be accepted for circumstances beyond our control,
which may delay this. However please contact us if you have not received
your goods within the specified time.
Faulty Goods / Liability
In the unlikely event of goods suspected of being faulty and or unfit
for their purpose, Polythene One.Com must be notified immediately in order
to investigate and decide appropriate action to rectify the situation.
It is the customers responsibility to check that goods ordered are suitable
for the specific required purpose.
In any event Polythene One.Com is liable only for the cost of replacement
goods sold and are not liable for any consequential loss attributed to
material defect, delay or non delivery of goods or labour costs etc.
Risk/Title
Risk (responsibility) for loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer
upon delivery. However, title (ownership) shall not pass until Polythene
One.Com has received full payment for goods sold
Incorrectly ordered Goods
Each order for Polythene/Nicotarp has been specially cut to size/fabricated,
wrapped and despatched to your specific requirements, therefore it would
be very difficult to re-assign these goods elsewhere. However if you have
made a mistake in your order, contact us immediately and we will try to
help.
